Take your Barre experience to the next level! Barre & Core builds on the sculpting benefits of regular Barre by adding targeted core strengthening exercises. *Please bring a Yoga Mat for Barre & Core classes.

Cardio Fusion Dance – 30 mins
Ditch the treadmill and boring routines! This high-energy class gets your heart pumping and improves strength with easy-to-follow routines. No dance experience needed, just a willingness to have fun and sweat! *Please bring clean indoor running shoes.

This class focuses on toning and increasing flexibility in your entire body. By combining yoga, Pilates, and ballet moves, you'll build a powerful foundation for an active life, improve posture, and achieve all-around fitness. *Please bring a Yoga Mat.
